Dutch weave stainless steel wire mesh is made from stainless steel wire. Different from plain weave wire mesh and twill weave wire mesh,the dutch weave mesh has different diameter in the weft and warp directions.Commonly the warp wire is coarser wire,which can supply the high tensile strength for the wire mesh. The weft wire is finer wire,which can ensure the excellent filtering performance.
Dutch weave wire mesh can be divided into plain dutch weave wire mesh and twill dutch weave wire mesh. Plain dutch weave offer increased mechnical strength for industrial filtration.
Thanks to their cloased surface,filtration occurs at the point where warp and weft join.Dutch weave is manufatured in plain weave pattern,whereby the warp wires are interwoven with a wider pitch than the weft wires. This significantly increases the strength of the mesh in comparison with square meshes.
Twilled dutch woven wire mesh is the combination of dutch weave and twill weave. It is superior to the twill weave wire mesh due to the finer openings.It can support greater loads than the plain dutch weave wire mesh.It is ideally suited to heavy-duty filtration tasks.
